Our Vision
Sunnyside Homeschool Collective was born out of a deep need, a response to the growing number of families who felt doors were closing on them. Many of our families were facing the emotional and financial weight of navigating complex therapy schedules, costly services, and the heartbreaking reality that their children simply didn’t fit into the rigid mold of traditional schooling. For parents trying to do everything right- investing in therapies, advocating in IEP meetings, juggling work and caregiving—there weren’t many spaces that truly embraced their children for who they are. Sunnyside was created to be the answer to that need. With the full support of ABA, we opened our doors to provide more than just education—we offer a community rooted in individualized support, neurodiversity-affirming values, and a flexible, therapeutic approach to learning. At Sunnyside, we believe that every child deserves a place where their learning style is honored, their needs are met, and their strengths are celebrated. This is not just a program—it’s a movement to redefine what support, inclusion, and education can truly look like.
